ONE-ON-ONE COACHING POLICY
Session Duration: Each coaching session is scheduled for one hour, occurring three times per week.
Structured Warm-up: The session begins with a series of easy movements aimed at warming up the body, lasting for 5 minutes. Subsequently, an additional 5 minutes are dedicated to warming up the joints, followed by dynamic stretches for another 5 minutes.
Focused Training: The core of the session involves 45 minutes of resistance training tailored to enhance muscle strength and endurance.
Cool-down Period: The session concludes with a series of gentle stretches to promote relaxation and flexibility.
Session Management:
Communication: The number of sessions remaining will be communicated to you via messages.
Cancellation: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice for session cancellation.
Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive promptly, at least 15 minutes prior to the agreed session time, to allow for adequate warm-up preparation.
15-Minute Grace: If you're running late, don't stress! We'll wait for 15 minutes. If we haven't heard from you by then, we'll count the full session time from the scheduled start.
Provider Responsibility: Any session cancellations initiated by the coaching team will not be counted against the client's session quota.
Holiday Schedule: The coaching service observes public holidays and follows a predefined holiday schedule. Clients will be informed in advance of any holiday closures.
During Ramadan: Ramadan timing dictates that training is best scheduled after Iftar rather than before, with a preference for group sessions or pairs working out together.
Provider Annual Holiday Policy Amendment:
Holiday Period: The coaching team observes a one-month annual holiday period.
Impact on Sessions: During this period, sessions will not be counted towards the client's package.
Online Coaching Option: Clients have the option to transition to online coaching during the provider's annual holiday period, ensuring continuity of service without interruption, and they can choose their package from the website.
Health Acknowledgment:
Before you start any exercise or diet plan with Health Thrive Programs, please tell us about any health issues, injuries, or concerns you have. This will help us make a plan that's right for you and keep you safe.
Consultation with a Healthcare Professional:
If you're not sure or have medical worries, it's a good idea to talk to a doctor before you start the
activities in the program. This makes sure the exercises and diet plans are safe for you.
Release of Responsibility:
We'll guide you through natural ways to get healthier in our Health Thrive Programs. But it's important to know that we're not responsible if you have health problems from using enhancers/steroids, too many supplements, or vitamins from places we don't trust. Be careful and ask a professional before you use these things.
Returns and Refunds:
We don't give refunds for Health Thrive services. We'll work closely with you at the start of the
coaching to understand what you need and make a plan that fits your goals. The program works best when you're fully involved and committed.
Cancellation:
Once the coaching program starts, we can't give refunds for cancellations. We use the first part of the program to understand your needs and make a plan just for you.
